Main Duties
- To provide admin support to various departments within the office, reporting to Office Manager
- Processing of invoices, updating assets and customers records on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Creating pro-forma invoices and then working through new customer set up on CRM
- Helping in the preparation of service quotes for the Service Department
- Assisting with data entry, including updating records and excel spreadsheets
- Acting as a point of contact for customers, clients or suppliers via email and over the phone
- Managing the filing system
- Answering telephone calls
- Handling ad hoc administrative tasks to support business needs
Personal Specification
- An organised, efficient and reliable team member is required to fulfil this role. The individual must be proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook, possess both good organisational and time management skills, as well as having excellent written and verbal communication skills. A high attention to detail and accuracy is important. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
