Jon Hawkins
Operations Manager
I joined the company in 2002 so will soon be entering my 25th year here. My role is to oversee the general day to day operation. I pride myself on forming strong client work relationships built around trust, honesty, integrity and competency!
Kevin Brooks
Service Manager
I joined Red Box in 2022 and manage the team of service technicians; I have been managing people for over 39 years. My role is often split between the office and out servicing in the field. It's rewarding to work alongside the team while building and maintaining relationships with our valued customers.

I joined Red Box in 2019 and quickly felt very much part of the family here. I enjoy meeting both new or existing clients and take great pride in knowing that they are left safe and secure after every service visit.

I'm Linda the newest team member, I have over 40 years of adminstration experience having varied roles in each of my jobs.
Neil Carter
Lead Fire Risk Assessor
I joined Red Box in 2020 following a 30-year career in the Fire Service. My roles ranged from Firefighter to Group Manager and Fire Behaviour Instructor. I've also since attained a Level 4 Diploma in Fire Safety. I enjoy helping our clients with their assessments alongside my two colleagues - also ex-senior fire officers.

I joined Red Box Fire Control in June 2022 and specialise in delivering high-quality fire safety training. I support businesses in meeting their compliance duties with clear, practical and engaging courses.
